Whether you are completely new to Reformer Pilates or already have some experience, this course will guide you step by step through the essential foundations before moving into a wide variety of full-body exercises. We begin with the basics, including the history of Pilates, the difference between Mat and Reformer Pilates, correct breathing, posture, alignment and important safety principles.
You will also learn how to recognise and use the main parts of the Reformer, adjust the springs, work with the footbar and straps, and safely prepare the equipment for different exercise series.
